Here is how to pay for an order, how we deliver it and what to check when you receive it.
Payment
Cash on delivery
You pay for the order when you receive it at a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker. The cash-on-delivery transfer fee is paid by the buyer according to Nova Poshta’s rates.
Delivery
Nova Poshta across Ukraine
- To a branch — choose a convenient branch at checkout.
- To a parcel locker — if the size and weight of the parcel fit the locker’s limits.
- By courier to your address — door-to-door delivery.
The delivery cost is calculated at Nova Poshta’s rates and is paid by the buyer on receipt.
Pickup
You can collect your order yourself at: Kyiv region, Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Molodizhna St., 7, Sofia Residence complex. So that we can prepare the product, please call in advance on +380 93 773 66 86.
Orders are handed out daily from 9:00 to 20:00.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. For products marked “Made to order” the manager will confirm the delivery time.
Receiving your order
- When you receive the parcel, check the packaging and the product itself in the presence of a Nova Poshta employee.
- If the packaging or the product is damaged, do not accept the parcel: ask the carrier’s employee to draw up a report and contact us.
- Keep the documents that confirm your purchase — you will need them for an exchange, return or warranty claim.
